Terms of Trading

Welcome to Stamp Pressed Metal Limited (“We”, “Us”, “Stamp Pressed Metal” or “Stamp”). Please note that You, (“You” and “Your”) as a purchaser of Products made available through Stamp Pressed Metal (“Products”) and Your use of products provided by Stamp Pressed Metal is subject to the following terms and conditions (“Terms”).

Purchase of Products You must be 18 years of age to purchase Products from Stamp Pressed Metal.

A quote will stand for 14 days.

You acknowledge that in paying for our Products that You have read in full, and understood, and fully agree to abide by the following terms and conditions of trade of Stamp Pressed Metal.

 

Payment

All Products must be paid for in full prior to delivery. All invoices are due within 7 days from the date of the invoice, not the end of the month. Unpaid accounts will incur late payment fees and collection costs.

 

Delivery

We only deliver within New Zealand. Delivery to addresses in mainland New Zealand will normally be within 5 working days following receipt of full payment. For other NZ destinations, delivery will normally be between 5 and 10 working days, but this cannot be guaranteed. If any Products are out of stock, You will be notified at earliest opportunity and the order will normally take up to 30 working days to arrive. We cannot be financially liable for delay in delivering the Products, however arising.

Risk shall pass on delivery. We will replace any panels that are damaged in transit. If there is any short delivery or damage to goods in transit, this should be notified to Stamp Pressed Metal by You with full particulars within 3 working days of delivery. It is important that You check the condition of the panels as soon as they arrive, as We will not be held liable for any damage that happens during storage or installation of the product by an installer who is not approved by Stamp Pressed Metal. You will need to send back the damaged panel at Your cost before a replacement is sent out.

 

Sale of Goods

All Products are believed by Stamp Pressed Metal to be of a quality suitable for the purpose and specification for which they are intended. Any defect should be reported to Stamp Pressed Metal immediately it is discovered. All technical information in response to enquiry is given by Stamp Pressed Metal in good faith. It will ultimately be for You to satisfy yourself as to the suitability of the product having regard to Your own particular situation and upon site conditions that are unknown to Stamp Pressed Metal. The liability of Stamp Pressed Metal will not exceed the value of the Products supplied. In particular, loss of profits and consequential, financial and other such losses are excluded.

You are liable for any orders based on Your own measurements. If more/fewer panels are required because of inaccurate measurements, a revised quote will be created for the customer prior to payment. Once payment has been made to Us, we will not automatically refund excess panels due to inaccurate measurements made by You.

 

Guarantee and Returns

Installation work carried out by an approved Stamp Pressed Metal installer does not cover any damage caused to the panels after they have been installed. If You have any concerns about the installation, please contact Us within 3 working days of completion.

When returning goods in any of the above circumstances please send Us an e-mail at info@stamp.net.nz. Please state your order number, invoice number, date of receipt, the reason for returning the Product and whether You would like a refund or a replacement Product.

If You are returning Products please send them to Stamp Pressed Metal, PO Box 26645, Epsom, Auckland 1344. This is our address for returns and any other communication.

By completing an order on the website you agree that We are able to store your data. This data is not made available to any other company.

It may be possible to send You from time to time, details of other goods or services of Stamp Pressed Metal, which we hope you will

find of relevance and interest. If You do not wish to receive any such information, please indicate or tell Us when you place and order.
